We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Please Note: If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you (this is left to the discretion of chatbirdy.com) however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us ASAP so we can help at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.
chatbirdy.com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
chatbirdy.com will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and…
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Chatbirdy.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
